Provide Networking support, perform trouble-shooting functions and resolving Client issues.

Analyzing the issues as per the network Logs & Managing the SOP for the Network issues.

Reporting High end level outages and following up with ISP’s for the Quick resolution.

Escalated Issues as needed and maintained communication with customer and Technical team.

Updating the as-built construction data from field using web portal.

Co-ordinating and configuring the client end wireless devices.

Managed LAN and Wireless Network and performed troubleshooting On LAN, WLAN, Customer Modems, Remotely resolving the technical issues.

Co-ordinating with the Project Managers, Field Engineers

Monitor system performance, Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues.

Knowledge in Remote Desktop Management and Remote Installation Services.

Daily report maintenance.

Provision & configuration of new circuit.
