Major Roles and Responsibilities

1) Client Representative Quantity Surveyor

Working as a client representative quantity surveyor with proven track record of successfully handling different and roles and projects.

Delivering the Budgetary proposals for the in-house projects to management in order to plan the resources.

Finalization of Contractor’s for in-house Construction works for Galadari Brothers group including Comparison of bid proposals, Negotiation, Contract Agreement preparation.

Variations Management - Analysis, review, negotiating and recommendations for the submitted variation and issuing of variation order upon the confirmation from management.

Interim Payment Certificate valuations and issuing payment certificates.

Construction Progress monitoring and reporting to management on all the commercial risks against the selection of materials and various instructions which impact commercially. 2) Project Quantity Surveyor

Client Invoice Billing on Monthly basis as per the Contractual Conditions.

Responsible to give timely notifications for the variations which are claimable, Analysis and Submission of Variation.

Certification and Processing of Sub Contractor’s Invoice, Review and Recommendation of Sub Contractor’s claims/ Variation.

Preparing Cost Report on Monthly basis by comparing Budget vs Actual expenditure, Estimated to complete and Revised Estimate to complete project from the actual cost.

Extensively worked with the procurement team for selecting the sub-contractors, Materials.

Monthly site planning and budgeting in the aspect of required of Material, Man Power, and Machinery etc.
