Haus-Of-Love, LLC August 2001 – December 2020

I started my own LLC, in NYS/NJ in order to seek out, identify and evaluate distressed properties. I purchased, renovated and either sold these or kept them as a passive revenue stream.

JP Morgan Chase July 1996 – May 2000

At JPMorgan Chase, I worked my way up the ladder and earned the prestigious, “Chase – Circle of Stars, Superstar Award” in 2000. Of all the hundreds of thousands of worldwide employees, there were 22 recipients of this prestigious accolade, which must be peer nominated for outstanding service, above and beyond normal job requirements. I was the most nominated of any employee, of that year. I was promoted soon there after, eventually becoming “Research Assistant” to the Chief Economist and the Chief US Economist of the World Bank, at the 270 Park Avenue, NY, NY, World Headquarters location.

Smith Barney Feb 1990 – May 1996

I was employed as a secretary to two stockbrokers who specialized in high net worth individual’s portfolios, at the 57th Street and Madison Avenue branch office for a number of years, performing trade settlements, wire transfers, customer service and statement compiling, filing and phone answering duties. A head hunter recruited me to go to work at Smith Barney and I took that better paying opportunity.

Spa Lady, Inc. November 1982 – Sept 1998

I couldn’t afford a gym membership, so I worked at a gym part time as a 2nd job. I was as a trainer and an instructor, but I also sold club memberships. I was highest seller at the club, eventually becoming the Assistant Manager at Spa Lady, Park Avenue, 57th Street, NY,NY location.
