Greetings

I am a FCPS qualified and skilled Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon who have multidimensional & Multicultural experience.

I am hard working committed and well focused professional who even during residency kept on working on honorary basis in additional hospitals in evening and night hours just to acquire more and more skills.

After My FCPS training I got the opportunity to work internationally as an AO( Swiss Association) clinical fellow to get advanced training in Management of Maxillofacial trauma, Orthognathic Surgery, benign and Malignant pathologies which further enhanced my clinical skills, research skills, adaptability to multicultural international community and communication skills. As a result of this dedication I got offer to teach as international faculty in AO program for research education and kept on progressing till I got the opportunity to teach at Davos course in Switzerland and as motivation to other young surgeons they conducted my interview on Swiss TV and this journey is still continued with additional role as annual research grant reviewer for young researchers applying for funding.

I am Faculty member for MENA region.

As far As my clinical experience is concerned As I mentioned I have been working in evening and night hours in extra capacity just to learn more and more.For More than 3 years I am working in govt sector teaching/ Tertiary care Hospitals especially,currently working in second biggest Maxillofacial unit in whole Province with a heavy flow of variety of patients.I am also practicing privately as Consultant surgeon at multiple facilities. I have experience of management of wide range of Maxillofacial problems ranging from minor oral surgery, Maxillofacial trauma emergency and elective management,Gunshot patient management from emergency support till rehabilitation,Oral cancer excision neck dissection and reconstruction in a joint venture with Plastic surgery,TMJ procedures,whole range of dental implantology,Benign and Malignant pathologies, Orthognathic Surgery for dentofacial deformities and etc etc

In addition to that I have teaching experience for both undergraduate and postgraduate level which involve didactic lectures, small group discussion, paper setting and conduction,Surgical procedure supervision, concept development and refinement of research proposals and facilitation in conduction of proposal.I have formal diploma in medical education and teaching as well in addition to numerous other certification.

I have clinical cases to show in order to support my above description.

Other than being a clinician I am happy contented person who have struggled a long way to be at current stage so I would say I am confident,friendly,very humble,reliable human being who is admired for adaptability and team/relation building .I care for all the colleagues and persons around me with a sense of love and enjoyment at work place.

I have experience of administration of department how to liason with authorities for smooth functioning and provision of necessary equipment and staff as well as monitoring of staff performance in a friendly,Mentoring and leadership role.
