Manage and direct construction works in university and large Maintenance projects.

Manage, direct and fellow-up works in partner companies such as new buildings, mosque and five story residence building.

Coordinate office and logistic works between several internal and external departments (internal Audit, purchases and tendering, faculties, suppliers, statuary authorities … etc.)

Prepare and issue tender documents and specifications for university and group projects.

Supervise and coordinate works assigned to sub-contractors.

Issue purchase orders and quantity take-off for projects.

Write financial and progress reports to management.

Coordinate and follow out consultants, contractors and statuary authorities to resolve projects issues.

Carry out inspections to approve the works in coordination with the structural, architectural and electromechanical plans.

Review and issue approvals for shop drawings, schedules, material submittals ...etc.

Carry out tests needed in site according to buildings codes and project specifications.

Coordinate with designers and Statutory Authorities to resolve site queries.

Coordinate with the owner and the contractor to solve site problems and queries.

Check all quantities and payment receipts submitted by the contractor to issue monthly payments (cost plus contract).

Prepare structural and architectural plans as needed with coordination with electromechanical design.

Follow out infrastructure works with coordination with mechanical engineers and modify plans as needed.

SEPTEMBER 2014 – OCTOBER 2016

STRUCTURAL ENGINEER, Waleed almarshuod engineering consultant "wmec", kuwait

Site engineer at NIG Tower Al-Qibla (May 2016 – October 2016)

A high rise building composed of one basement, ground, mezzanine and 33 floors, 150m total height, 1220m2 plot area and 20,000 m2 constructed areas project cost around 9 million Kuwaiti diners.

Resident Engineer at Al-Messilah Restaurants comp. (Feb 2015 - Feb 2016)

A restaurants complex by sea composed of two basements, ground and mezzanine floors, 4000 m2 total plot area with 10,000 m2 constructed area, project cost around 600 thousand Kuwaiti diners.
