- Responsible for maintaining payroll records and other payroll related reports ;

- Preparation of various Payroll related reports for managers;

Accounting Assistant Task:

- Daily monitoring and audit of sales and collections of company owned water refilling stations;

- Preparation of corporate clients monthly Statement of Account, follow-up and schedule of collection;

- Posting of clients payment to accounting system ( Quickbooks );

- Close monitoring and reconciliation of all company’s water refilling stations’ aging of accounts receivables ;

- Coordinate with client, warehouse, supplier and agents with regards to customer’s order of bottled

waters ;

- Invoicing, monitoring of accounts receivables bottled water distributorship accounts ;

- Daily monitoring of collection, remittances, deposits and bank reconciliation of company owned water refilling stations, and bottled water distributorship bank accounts.

- Bookkeeper of Savings Pool Fund (Company-Employees Cooperative);

- Preparation of Agent’s commission ;

Other Assigned Task:ISO Internal Auditor.

-Auditor assigned by Department in Annual basis to scrutinize the effectiveness of existing System and Procedure.

- Recommend Procedures and action to be taken for the accomplishment of work in conformance to

ISO Standards.

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
