Was a colllector and biller for almost ** years for Nw memorial hospital . Worked on Epic system. After Medicare paid I would call the 2nd ins for status of the bal on the acct. would correct or refill the Ub. Or the pro fee bal. worked ona all insurance companies. Made pahone calls or got on the web sites for the ins companies to get Balance pd in full.
