Instrument Commissioning & Maintenance of 2*35 MW Turbine & Boiler Instruments, ABB 800xA DCS &10 MW Turbine &Yokogawa CS1000,Centum VP DCS Key areas and responsibilities :

• Functional checking and loop checking DCS panels and programming.

• Troubleshooting and Modification of DCS programming. Software ABB 800 xA & Yokogawa CS1000.

• Erection and commissioning of Pressure, Flow, Level, Temperature Transmitters & Switches and their trouble shooting handled in Instrument like Yokogawa, Emerson, ABB, Switzer

• Overhauling & Maintenance and testing of MOV’s (Rotork)/Control Valve (MIL), switches Analyzers, & converters Compressor vertical and screw ( Make. Chicago pneumatic, ELGI,Atlas Copco)

• Calibration and Maintenance of Yokogawa & ABB make pressure, flow, level, temperature and Differential pressure transmitters.

• Experience in Maintenance, Modification & Troubleshooting of Instruments and loop checking. ( Gear box ACC level switch, Turbine Speed sensor solidering,YBNM-82 Card. PLC for RO Plant hard wiring ).

• Supervise and leading the Instrumentation Department in Maintenance related activities.

• Preparing and planning the periodical preventive maintenance schedule.

• Planning for new Instrumentation equipment erection and installation.

• Formulate preventive maintenance schedule with proper procedure and checklist.
