Procurement Engineer

• Maintain records of the work performed and assure the work was performed as per standards and contract documents.

• Receive, evaluate and condition the quotations as per the standard specifications.

• Evaluate quotations/bids submitted by prospective suppliers and prepare comparative statement/evaluation summary for value engineering.

• Verify and prepare payment approval request promptly against supplier’s invoices.

• Lead the resolutions of contentious issues, expedite information flow in both directions and take any steps necessary to ensure that all business activities with the supplier are handled in accordance with the company’s policies on integrity.
