2. Project Experience.

Project: Facilities Management of Al Antara Resort Residential compounds Operation & Maintenance.

Performed all Maintenance and Repairs for Antara Resort Consisting of 10 buildings apartments and 46 townhouses with 5 interconnected pools, and fitness and wellness center a Circle Cafe and Tamimi Express Supermarket Clubhouse Courtyard Administration Office and Leasing inside and out with 180,000 square meters.

5. Project Background:

Ministry of Interior plans to construct two Medical Cities in Riyadh and Jeddah biggest project of kingdom in health sector with Project overall cost of 23 Billion SAR...Each development cover an area of almost 3 million sq. having two Hospital consisting 1600 Beds, 2750 residential units, 2.3 km long Service Tunnel of 7m width, places of worships, Sports & Recreation facilities, 9 Nos. Parking, Two Helipads, as well as required Utility Infrastructure and Road network advanced intelligent Transportation Service (ITS) Technologies, System. It is targeted to qualify as LEED Green Building requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision and Perform engagement procedures designed to identify and define issues, review analyze evidence and document business process, prepare working papers to support results of procedures.
