Handle over 100+ customer interactions per day and calls. Managing employees, enforcing state laws daily to employees and customers. Problem solving and resolving customer issues. As a general manager, I was responsible for opening and closing the store, performing quarterly inventory checks. Most importantly I served as a catalyst for my staff’s personal growth. I made monthly business plans to reach our goals.
