Responsible for Production, Shipping/Receiving, and Maintenance Departments.

Responsible to ensure purchasing, of all material(s) from suppliers for maintenance of machinery, building and shipping requirements, as appropriate.

Ensure corrections to non-conformances, determine requirements and/or revisions to current product line.

Initiate and manage Six Sigma processes and continuous improvement projects

Assist shipping to ensure proper handling and timely output.

Assist maintenance to ensure proper scheduling of staff to maintain/repair equipment.

Provide recommendations and/or order new equipment/tools for production in coordination with the President.

Ensure that all employees receive training (i.e., orientation, safety requirements).

Ensure the proper handling of all hazardous substance in accordance with WHMIS Regulations.
