ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

●Ensuring the works is performed in accordance with the specifications and Inspection and Test Plan procedures.

●Routine inspection of construction activities of Static / Rotating equipment works, Piping, and welding to ensure that the requirement in the drawing and specification are met and that all the work safe carried out in good workmanship.

●Monitoring calibration status of welding machine, inspection testing tools and pressure gauges.

●Weld repair may be permitted in accordance with the code requirements and is carried out only after investigation of the probable cause and in accordance with approved WPS documents.

●Involved in Line check, Hydro test, air blowing, flushing, chemical cleaning, reinstatement, bolt tightening and punch clearance.

●Review of Test Packs with material and weld traceability.

●Inspection of above and underground piping.

●Knowledge about safety requirements.

●Familiar with MT, PT and RT film interpretation.

●Analysis RT repair percentage every month and take necessary action to minimize that.
