Responsibilities: Sent to Cotton Bay to take over the project and correct and administrate current problems ongoing with site, and project.

•Coordinated all site work between owner, and sub-contractors

•On arrival I found many problems dealing with poor quality, and general errors by crews. I removed 75 % of existing crews, and started rebuilding fresh staff, and sub-contractors. I found out the construction documents were not up to par. Requested full size drawing with latest revision form architect, and owners. I performed a Villa-by-villa analysis, and drafted a report of finding, and suggestion on how to fix problems. I determine that equipment failure produces a good percentage of lack of progress, and workmanship was very poor. I put a plan together to address the issue on all villas.

•Made requests for equipment including D-9 Cat, front-end loader, excavator, and other equipment needed to complete tasks.

•After only three weeks with no site Forman’s, I had corrected many problems. I met with a structural engineer, electrical and subs contractor. I requested more site Forman’s, and qualified subcontractors plus additional project managers. many problems were resolved.
