A) KAFD PARCEL 1.08 (5-STAR HOTEL) Project – Riyadh, K.S.A. The project comprises of 16 floors of Hotel Tower with 210 Luxury Rooms erected on the Podium Area which consists of Meeting Rooms, Conference Hall, Cafes, Restaurants, Kiosks, Prayer room, Multi-Purpose Hall, All Day Dining areas, Health Club & Spa, Lobby Lounge, Kitchens and below are four Basement Floors with 176 Car Park capacity along with Services rooms. The five Star Hotel Project has the following Electrical System Specifications:-
Medium Voltage Switchgear rated 630A, 17.5KV with 2 Main Incoming Feeders from Saudi Electricity Company.
Substation (2 nos.) each with RMUs (2 nos.); Transformers (3 nos.)-1600 kVA, 13.8 KV/400-230V, 60 Hz, Dry-Type.
Generator: 1 x 2000 kVA, 400/230V Stand-by Diesel Generator.

FLS: Fire Alarm System, Fire Fighting System and Fire Suppression system: Foam System, CO2 and FM-200 system.
B) PIF TOWER Project – Riyadh, K.S.A.
The tallest tower in the city of Riyadh with approximate height of 385 meters standing in KAFD area is expected to achieve LEED Gold certification. The PIF Tower is designed as the prismatic shape with its many diamond- shaped facets that allow the sun to be captured in a variety of ways. The base of the hexagonal building is on a podium structure, which integrates public and private spaces, including dining facilities and a two-story auditorium. The shading devices minimize solar gain and internal cooling loads, reducing HVAC requirements. Electrical energy is reclaimed through a photovoltaic array installation on the tower’s roof. Project has the following Electrical System Specifications:-
Medium Voltage Switch gear 2 nos. rated, 1200A, 17.5KV, 60 Hz, 21.5KA/C, with 2 Main Incoming Feeders from Saudi Electricity Company.
Transformers: 44 X 2500KVA, 13.8 KV/400-220V, 3PH, 4W, Dyn11, Dry Type.
Generators: 5 x 2000 kVA, 400/220V Stand-by Diesel Generators.
Security System: IP Access Control System and IP CCTV System, BMS for monitoring & control.
FLS: Fire Alarm System, FM200.
B) HILTON RIYADH HOTEL & RESIDENCE PROJECT - Riyadh, K.S.A. The project includes of 20 floors Hotel Tower with 645 Luxury Rooms and 13 floors Apartment Tower with 221 Units of Residences both erected on the Podium Area which consists of Meeting Rooms, Board rooms, Cafes, Restaurants, Kitchens, All Day Dining areas, Health Club & Spa, Wedding Hall
& Junior Ball Room and below this there are three Basement Floors with 1288 Car Park capacity along with Services rooms.
The five Star Hilton Hotel & Residence Project has the following Electrical System Specifications:-
Medium Voltage Switchgear rated 1250A @ 40 Degree C, 25kA, 60 Hz, 13.8KV with 2 Main Incoming Feeders from Saudi Electricity Company.
Transformers: 28 x 2500 kVA, 13.8 KV/400-230V, Dyn11, Dry-Type.
Generators: 2 x 2000 kVA, 400/230V Stand-by Diesel Generators.
Security System: IP Access Control System (VingCard System & Intrusion System) and IP CCTV integrated with BMS for monitoring & control.
FLS: Fire Alarm System, NOVEC System.
C) GRANADA BUSINESS & HOUSING PARK PROJECT - Riyadh, K.S.A. The project comprises of 6 High Rise Towers; 4 Low Rise Towers; Business Center; Health Club & Gym; 12 Town Houses and there are 4 Basement Floors with 3500 Car Park capacity along with Services rooms.

Medium Voltage Switch gear 2 nos. rated 800A @ 40 Degree C, 25kA, 60 Hz, 13.8KV each with 2 Main Incoming Feeders from Saudi Electricity Company.
Transformers: 1 X 2500KVA, 22 X 1600KVA, 4 X 1500KVA, 13.8 KV/380-220V, 3PH, 4W, Dyn11, Dry Type and 20 X 1000KVA 13.8 KV/380-220V, 3PH, 4W, DYn11, Oil Type (for Chillers).
Generators: 2 x 2000 kVA, 380/220V Stand-by Diesel Generators.
Security System: IP Access Control System and IP CCTV integrated with BMS for monitoring & control.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Site supervision and inspections of Electrical Medium Voltage, Low voltage and Low Current System works as per project specifications & standards.
Involved in the testing of MV Switchgear, RMUs, Transformers, Generator, MDBs, SMDBs, DBs, MV & LV Cables etc.
Testing of Elevators, Escalators and Travellators.
Testing of Aviation Lighting system and undertake Lux Test for Lighting System and Polarity Test for Power Socket Outlets.
