Coordinating trade contractor activities and material deliveries

Assisting the Project Manager with schedule, daily reports and manhour logs EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION • Advising the Project Manager and/or Architect/Engineer of design issues

• Reviewing shop drawings for accuracy

• Jobsite safety

Serving as Superintendent, Charliy will provide support and direction to our staff of on-site Project Personnel. In addition, Charliy will manage the construction activities performed by Trade Contractors on a daily basis at the project sites. She will assure that Trade Contractors perform the work safely, as specified, of the highest quality, and as scheduled. Charliy will interact directly with the facility administration as needed to coordinate safety and other aspects of the construction process as not to interfere with the environment.
