S/CO. PON CONSTRUCTIONS C/O. LARSEN & TOUBRO LIMITED ERODE. PROJECT DETAIL - WATER AND EFFLUENT TREATMENT PROJECT

● Supervision of all piping works and ensures safety and quality standards of the client.

● Co-ordinate with the sub-contractors to achieve the targets and schedule set by the planning

● Prepare daily/weekly reports of the welded inch dia of joints, isometric weight installed, supports and the remaining work front with the materials available.

● Inspection and approval of all the QA/QC submittals of the subcontractors.

● Follow up all approved QC Procedures and standards for pipe fit-up & welding stages.

● Utilize heavy equipment to excavate, install and backfill drainage pipe, and continually inspect work site surveying for potential hazards or safety concerns.

● MS pipe Bend (miter) Fabrication 90&45degree in various pipe diameters.

● Pipe Header erection activities inside the pump Station.

● Construction sites to ensure pipe work was in accordance with project specification.

● Dye Penetrate Inspection, Magnetic Particle test on weld joints, components such as valve joint, Pressure vessel, tank, heat exchanger etc.,

● Perform Ultrasonic Thickness test on piping and vessels; Calibrate and program Ultrasonic Meter to best test material

● Carried out corrosion survey, using Ultrasonic Thickness Measurement Running Plant, Wellhead platform, Satellite platform for H2S Gas line, Water injection, Drain line, Crude oil line, Fire water line at KNPC project.

● Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations.
