Description : To decrease size,area and delay QCA approach is used.Logic module

designing QCA is not straightforward and also only reversible process has

always been taken here.

ROLE:

ASSEMBLY LINE OPERATOR (MAY 17 to NOV 17)

RESPONSIBILITY:

Doing 5S during starting of the shift.

Check the station pressure level and fixtures according to the startup checksheet.

Changing the fixture according to the model and done first of approval by the quality team.

Run the station according to the standard operating procedure.

Update the setup changeover sheet for every model change.

Give the maximum level of output to my line.

ROLE:

REWORK OPERATOR(DEC 17 to MAY 19)

RESPONSIBILITY:

Doing 5S during starting of the shift in rework area.

Ensuring previous shift Buckle rejections.

Participating in DRM meeting on regular basis & explain about the previous day rejections &

rework data.

Reworking the buckle line defect parts.

ROLE:

TEAM LEADER (MAY 19 to SEP 19)

RESPONSIBILITY:

Poka-Yoke checking on shopfloor lines by using master samples.

Escalate the poka-yoke NG to ME & PLE department.

Maintaining the poka-yoke document on daily basis and reporting to the concern department.

Tracking the shopfloor hourly output and escalate to the shift incharge.

Incharge for Rework area.

Verifying Rework parts according to the part number list.

Maintaining the Received, completed & pending rework parts details.
