Project I:

IT NOC Engineer on platform of Windows servers, Network & Applications with a team size of 4.

Duties:

Providing 1st level support for all customer issues with server based applications & Network related problems.

Monitoring ORACLE PROCESS MANAGER and NOTIFICATION Processes. (OPMN).

Monitoring Oracle Table Space.

Monitoring ERP System Processes.

Monitoring File systems.

Monitoring Payment Gateway.

Monitor IVR system.

Monitor Speech log system

Systems and Network Alarm monitoring.

Escalating issues as per the criticality of the problem.

Windows servers & its Cluster Services monitoring through SCOM.

Desktop Support Engineer on platform of Windows XP/7 with a team size of 5.

Duties:

Installing, Configuring Windows XP Professional and Windows 7 for users.

Delivers set up and assists in the configuration of end-user PC desktop hardware, software and peripherals.

Managing & controlling the Hardware tools, Software’s & Operating System CD’s, PC, Laptop, Printers & its related accessories.

Single point of contact for end-users to receive support and maintenance within the organization's desktop computing environment. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all PC hardware and equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance.

Installation MS office & various software’s for user’s as required & keep the system up to date.

Troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via e-mail) in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end-user assistance where required.

Diagnoses and resolves end-user network or local printer problems, PC hardware problems and e-mail, Internet and local-area network access problems.

Document all related end user identification information, including name, department, contact information and nature of problem or issue.

Hardware and software inventory database maintenance and reporting & perform related work as required.

Supports critical systems after hours, nights and weekends as needed.
