Supervise Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of daily activities and Inventory level.
Coordinate with the Operation Manager, Warehouse manager and Customer for Verification and confirmation of the transaction.
Monitor Warehouse operations resolve issues and make recommendation for improvements.
Responsible for moving the team to accomplish the task and coordinate with them to create agendas, planning, team progress and ensuring next steps are assigned.
Assigns, supervise and monitoring the activities of team engaged in Inbound, Outbound, and Loading / off loading / Receiving / Put-away / Replenishment etc. to required standards.
Interpreting company policies to workers and enforcing safety regulations
Recommending measures to improve quality of service, increasing efficiency of department, work crew and equipment performance.
Monitor all inbound and outbound containers as per the plan schedule and assign in the specific ramp to properly unloading and loading the stocks.
Inspect Bill of entry (BOE), commercial Invoices, delivery note and packing list.
Preparing count card and responsible to conducts monthly Stock Count to
ensure the accuracy and to maintain inventory levels, and the condition of stored
items.
Creating ASN (Advance shipment Notice) to receive the stocks and put awa in the assign location.
Ship out the correct shipment order to the correct container and correct destination as per the plan schedule.
Ensure damaged /exceptional products are placed in pre-quarantine area Trainings Attainment:
Office & Account Package course for 6 month.
