CURRENT PROJECTS

1.GRAND OPERA RESIDENTIAL TOWER –Downtown Dubai (EMMAR)

2.ACT1 ACT2 Residential and commercial tower – Downtown Dubai (EMMAR)

Role & Responsibilities:

HVAC Systems:-

●Review of Design Drawings (IFC) and raising RFI to meet design requirements.

●Preparing Static pressure calculation for AHU, FCU, and FANS.

●Preparing pump head calculations

●Reviewing shop drawings prior to submission for consultant approval

●Solving the design related issues and coordinating with consultant for same

●Preparing material take off for all materials related to HVAC. Preparing delivering tracking schedule and monitoring the same to avoid delays in site

●Preparing material submittal as per project specification for submission

●Site co-ordination and assistance / Support to the execution team solve any co-ordination / Engineering related problems.

●Monitoring the site installation activities and preparing weekly schedule for site work progress to discussing with main contractor

●Follow up for site clearance to start HVAC works in site without any delays

●Attending site inspections raised by QA/QC along with consultant to get approval for installation done at site

●Preparing IFC Markup drawings (Furnishing all RFI’s) for preparing BIM Modelling.

●Interaction and correspondence with the BIM (Building Information Management) to resolve problems before freezing the model to submit shop drawings.

2. EFFECO LLC Dubai

Duration : Jan 2013 to Nov 2016.
