Interacts regularly with clients to expand the work progress and mention the needs and objectives.

Ensure compliance of all engineering activities with governmental regulations and standard operating procedures.

Ensure and maintain the availability of materials and tools with supervisors.

Distribute the labors as per the priority of the work.

WORK EXPERIENCE

• L&T VALVES LTD, COIMBATORE: 2015 Sept to 2019 April. Designation: Electrical Engineer

Carried out all the electrical erection and maintenance works inside the plant with the approved plans.

Co-ordinate all electrical erection works inside the site includes the erection of DG, EB Metering Panels, and Switching panels, AMF Panels, APFC Panels and SDBs.

Trained the electricians for DG operation and Maintenance, AMF panel operation, Power Room Maintenance and APFC Panel operation.

Provided the power supply to the different machineries in the plant as per the machine requirements and standards.

Perform supervisory duties, like recommending work assignments, approving leaves, or completing performance evaluations

Troubleshoot and provided the preventive maintenance of all machines in the plant with the co-ordination of Technicians.

Maintain and control the PCC and MCC panels in the power room and scheduled the loads in the peak times.

Collaborate with electrical engineers or other personnel to identify, define, or solve developmental problems.

Completely involved and supported the plants strategies like 5s, Kaizen, safety campaigns and mock drills etc.

Rectified the ARC points in the plants with the coordination of safety department and ensure the plant always safe to work .

Maintain the daily work logs with the knowledge of shift supervisors and analyze the progress of the work .

Make complete measurements of the total electrical work and submit the labour bills to the plant authority.
