I am Design Engineer with 3+ years’ experience with B.E (Eng.) in Mechanical Engineering from NCET. Currently I am working for MIKROTEK MACHINES LIMITED as a Design Engineer. I involved in all kinds of Heavy machinery design activities. My major experience was in to Sheetmetal, Casting, Drawing, 3D Printing, GD

& T and little experience in Plastics.

UNDERTAKEN:

• Design sheet metal, casting parts for heavy machinery structures (Brackets, Motor mounting frames).

• Converting 2D Sheet metal, casting, Plastic and Machine Drawings to 3D Models and Detailing according to the drawing mark-ups with GD & T.

• Reading heavy machinery drawings and 3D modeling the same in CAD with required changes.

• Redesigning of the machine structures based on the customer requirements,

• Familiar with IP40, IP65, IP67 Standards.

• Generating B Class surface issues - Close surface creation, Draft analysis, Creating Engineering Features Creation (Ribs, Boss, Undercuts, inserts, Snap fits). Project Names

Engine deck assembly jig – Sliding tructure, cross beam structure and Base structure, Sheet metal cover plate, channel assembly, Under bracket assembly, Transformer Assembly, Industry power unit SMPS bottom and top unit, Column bracket assembly, Enclosure assembly, Column weldment, HV side and LV side sheet metal assembly, Reverse engineering of pallet manufacturing machine and creating production drawings, Reverse engineering of Oil refiner machine machines, Machine structure welding fixture design – RBB, frames, structures – weldment design.
