I am a Freelance Superintendent seeking small or medium size projects with tenant up-fits or remodeling preferred.

The accompanying project listing represents recent experience, which has been for a variety of contractors on a per project basis.

I am available mid August, 2021, and will work anywhere in Virginia or Northern North Carolina.

My compensation has been $8,000 per month plus expenses. Both project type and compensation are, however, negotiable to some extent.

I am a strong leader, comfortable running projects with minimal supervision and presenting my employers best face to owners, design professionals, and building officials.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT and ON-SITE SUPERVISION

•Bio-Chemical Research Laboratory. Renovate Exist 2800 SF CMU enclosure in factory building. Demo existing and convert to new bio-chemical research lab with acid use components. Facility consisting of 19 work stations with 8 exhaust hoods and required HVAC and ventilation equipment. Separate 192 SF room configured for scanning electron microscope in Chesterfield County.

•FAST FOOD REMODEL. Demo existing finishes/furniture and ceilings and replace in dining and ordering areas while drive thru remained open. $120,000 range in Woodbridge as Assistant.

•TENANT UPFITS-COMCAST. Demo and new metal stud construction for high end showrooms, offices, and secure storage; one in single story mall, other on ground floor of 3 story building. Extensive specialized electric and data/security in both. $300,000 range in Lynchburg and Ashburn.

•INDOOR SHOOTING RANGE. Ground up construction of 27,000 SF indoor shooting range with retail, office, training, and secure storage areas. Range areas of block construction with remainder of metal stud construction with brick and EFIS facing. Extensive HVAC and electric in range areas for air quality and range equipment controls. $ 1 million + in Hanover County.

•BAR B.Q. RESTAURANT. Renovation of 7500 SF steel frame shell building to upscale restaurant with custom cookers, finishes, seating units, and dining patio. Kitchen facilities to USDA commercial production standards. $1 million range, in Henrico County.
