Currently working as an Assistant Engineer (Roll shop) at MITTAL CORP LTD. UNIT II Pithampur sector-3, Dhar District (M.P.).

COMPANY PROFILE

It is ISO 9001: 14001 Certified, TPM and 5‘S’ practicing organization. Its monthly production is 8000 M.T. and has 500 employees. It is a DANELI mill. BRF Walking hearth type with the capacity of 30 Ton/Hr. having 14 continuous horizontal & vertical stands in alternate sequence with the 3 high roughing mill. In Block mill 10 stands (B1 to B10).We are rolling here AISE 200,300,400 and EN grade (alloy steel) high, medium and low carbon, in dia. Ø5.5 to Ø60 mm

(wire & round bars) and Ø6 mm to Ø32 mm Rebar.

DURATION: Since July 2018.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Supervise and coordinate activities of operators of CNC machines (CNC WENDT WGM-35S, CNC WENDT WDM-15V, CNC LATHE CL 650 EL)

Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in grinding, turning, milling and welding.

To assign duties to workers, explain work requirements, and issues blueprints and templates for performing work.

To Inspect Roll Shop equipments and do arrangements for maintenance and repair work.

Maintaining record of daily production, pass utilization charts and log sheet with time to time production and delay details.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

.

Proper reporting and conversation with senior management to resolve the department’s issues.

Handling manpower including operators and fitters.

Making work plans for shutdown.

Making shift schedule of the workers of my department. ACADEMIC PROFILE
