Review and approval of sub-contractor invoice.

Preparation of monthly sub-contractor payment certificate.

Maintaining tracking sheets for construction activities.

Maintaining good quality relationship with the supplier, sub-contractor, client and others.

Preparing cash inflow report based on BOQ and schedule program & updating actual periodically

Preparing the cost report with comparison of Budged cost of work planned (BCWPL), Budged cost of work performed (BCWPR) and Actual cost of work performed (ACWPR). on monthly basis

Reconcile the usage of major construction material between theoretical and actual quantity.

Preparation of weekly/monthly procurement status.
