OBJECTIVE

i am looking for a senior level position as a mines manager to utilize my broad knowledge of planning mining operations and designing surface mines.

Knowledge Base & Experience

Comprehensive knowledge of the principles and practices of mining engineering.

Extensive knowledge of opencast mining, blasting, mine planning and ground control.

Sound knowledge of applicable Mining and Safety Acts, Regulations and Codes.

In-depth knowledge of mining software.

Handle responsibilities of developing mining plans.

Coordinate with other mining engineers to review and optimize plans.

Perform ore control, reconciliation and mine progress survey activities

Responsible for tracking and interpreting mining productivity measures to develop actionable plans for improvement

Contribute effectively in areas of ore development to support ore quality requirements and balance planned ore supply

Participate in reconciliation program to document recovery factors in support of resource and reserve reporting, and verification of geological models

Responsible for analysing applicable reports, drawings, blueprints, tests and related documentation to plan and design projects

Provide mining engineering and design services for mine studies and construction projects

Assist other mining engineers in managing mining projects like scheduling, budgeting, quality and cost control.

Handle responsibilities of preparing mining engineering drawings

Prepare mining equipment specifications as well as assist with mining equipment procurement

Responsible for preparing proposals and research reports.

Supervise and mentor the activities of intermediate mining engineering staff.-

-2- Worked as SR Manager mines in Upkar group in west Africa Mali in iron ore mines march20 13 to october2014.

3-Nov 2009 to nov 2012- worked as sr manager training in goa group regional training centre for mines

In ponda goa, from dec.to march worked as mining consultant in granite mines in a.p.
