Project Details:

Title: “Automation of Pipe Cutting Machine”

Description: - To automate commercially available pipe cutting machine in order to increase accuracy and precision of cut, reduce cutting time and to expand user safety by integration of Arduino mega, Relay’s, motor driver’s LCD display, keypad.

Roles and Responsibility :-

• Preliminary discussion with team to understand the requirements, flow and functionality of the product.

• Worked as active member in a group of four people and contributed in design, fabrication and development process.

Internship:

A 6 month Internship carried in EPSILON SCIENTIFIC and worked on design and drafting various structures and other installation components

Achievements:

Bagged a Runner up in inter-college level Robo war competition held in Jawaharlal Nehru National college of engineering, Shimoga.

Got best project award for the project “Automation of Pipe Cutting Machine” in Engineering.

Got suggestion and Appreciation award for “Nesting of BH150E and BH205E Rear Axle & Rear Rail components” during Apprentice Training period.
