Piling:

•Prepare site access for crawler crane, piling rig parking area as per the requirements.

•Select the Bored Pile driving sequence as per schedule for pilling installation record and pilling

field test record. Check the pile penetration depth, Monitoring the rebar gauge erection and concrete casting.

Structural Works:

•Liaising with suppliers for ordering of Re-Bar, Formworks and Prepack materials by monitoring its delivery as per the required time for execution of works.

•Liaising with the workers for daily execution of site works and inspection by monitoring the casting structural elements such as Pilecap, Column stump, Columns, Beams, Slabs, and also

for monitoring Household shelter, lift wall, staircase, service ducts etc., Architectural Works:

•Calculate material quantities, prepare the purchase order and liaise with supplier to deliver the

materials on proper time.

•Liaising with the workers for the daily execution of site works and inspection. Executing and monitoring the architectural works such as block wall / brick wall, skimming / plastering, water proofing, tiling, timber strip flooring, door and window installation, mounting of clothe racks, railings, painting, etc.,

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Understanding all the structural drawings and preparing Bar-bending schedule for steel structure and capability to do the detail specification for all type of concrete structure.

•Responsible for the control of rebar, concrete and other structural wastages and also in the maintenance of stock yards.

•Responsible for execution of all reinforcements and structural works as per approved drawings.

•Responsible for making billing of executed works.

•Plan, Prepare and arrange materials, equipment for site activities.

•Responsible for management of suppliers and sub – contractors in terms of quality, Schedule and cost requirements.

•Liaise with site supervisors to execute all the structural, architectural, electrical, plumbing works.

•Tracking the Quality Management Systems of the projects using CPWD norms for conducting the product quality checks and ensure with lines of requirement.

•Reporting the site progress to the executive management by means of daily report, monthly progress reports, labour report, etc.,
