Store Manager:
• Responsible for 15-20 employees
• Recruit and hire candidates based on the staffing profile of the store
• Train individuals to adopt the culture of the company

• Order, Stock, Merchandise for store, as well as plan for seasonal demands
• Oversee and delegate tasks/goals for commercial department
• Break down and cover all areas of stores P&L
• Schedule and time manage to ensure completion of both tasks, and sales
• Communicates effectively and efficiently
• Meets and/or exceeds goals set for district
• Be able to change, and adapt to all Covid protocols as quickly as they require Enterprise (August 2010-Sept 2011)
Manager:
• Manage and maintain a fleet up to 40 cars
• Use time management skills to ensure fleet availability for rental confirmations
• Responsible for staff of 3-5 employees
• Provided great customer service
• Scheduled pickups and deliveries of cars, and clients to ensure max rental agreements
• Worked hand in hand with insurances, dealerships, and body shops
• Handled all account maintenance, and kept up on all accounting for the branch
• Followed up with collections on invoices that may have defaulted
• Even washed and detailed the cars, if time required! Education:
