• Preparing technical queries for ambiguities in drawing, specification and BOQ

• Prioritize RFQ’s that required more time to get quotation and major cost items

• Prepare and send RFQ’s for all the item to all the approved equal suppliers / sub-contractor to obtain required quotation

• Follow up with suppliers / sub-contractor to obtain quotation in time, clarify to all their queries and meetings with suppliers and sub-contractor when required

• Pricing material and labor cost of each BOQ item in the price comparison sheets by using quotations and pre-determined manpower production rate

• Analyze all samples and drawing data to perform all calculations for all area and coordinate with various vendors to design all products according to specifications and develop and maintain professional relationships with all vendors to design optimal pricing for all products.
