Involved in decision making when there is no manager on duty present and performing the role of a lead GSA. Helping the manager in balancing the house following up on the guest accounts as a part of daily audit. Working closely with manager with the day to day challenges and coordinating them with the guest. Following up on Medallia and Trip Advisor on daily basis. Cross train newly hired employees and follow up with any questions or concerns they might have. Responsible in tallying reservation with all the third party extranets and inputting new reservations if needed. January 2003 till July 2008: Worked with East Coast Management Company at their various properties as operations manager. And finally managed the Wingate by Wyndham as General Manager. Worked with operating system MSI and was actively involved in the transformation of MSI to OPERA. During the same time also worked with Fairfield by Marriott and was involved with the change over the operating system from Guest View to FOSSI.
