COMPANY PROFILE
Rane NSK Steering System Ltd. is a joint-venture established by NSK Corporation, Japan in partnership
with Rane Steering Systems Ltd. (RNSS) aiming at the manufacturing of Column Electric Power
Steering (Tilt and Telescopic) for esteemed customers like Nissan, Mahindra, Tata, Honda Cars and
Maruti Suzuki. NSK owns 51% of the joint venture, and Rane owns 49%. Manufacturing Operations at
Rane NSK are scheduled to start in May-2008. Rane NSK steering system Ltd. has been awarded
ISO9001, IATF-16949, and EMS14001 & ; OSHSAS18001 certification.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:-
● Assuring the quality of goods through First pieces approval, Process audit, Layout Inspection,
PDI/ Product audit.
● Preparing Inspection Standard Check Points and their documentation for new development
Layout inspection as per plane.
● Preparing Inspection Manuals, Check Sheets in line with Drawing & Process Stds. Responsible for Process Capability studies of M/c during new process / product development.
