Role & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for products, mechanical tooling and manufacturing process meets

requirements & hourly patrolling on the manufacturing line.

• Update our Quality Management System (QMS) with incidents, fixes and

improvements

• Conduct full layout inspection for new product during PPAP submission.

• Responsible for conduct Process Capability (CP) study for various machines in

shop floor.

• Conduct necessary analysis for customer-related failures and perform corrective

action with a lead of quality supervisor.

• Prepare and display the QUALITY ALERT board on the defect pass station and

conduct RED RABBIT for checking the effectiveness of PDI, PAI.

• Arrange PDI and PAI manpower as per production plan.

Description:

This project is based on suspension system of a two wheeler. The magnetic suspension

system uses permanent magnet as passive dampers, which is used to reduce displacement and

acceleration of sprung mass in order to improve ride comfort. By using magnetic shock absorber

we can reduce the shocks and vibrations in the vehicle.
