As an EHS Lead, my primary objective is to
impart the fullest of my abilities in ensuring that all the people involved in the company comply
with the health, safety, and environmental
protocols. My experience as an EHS Lead at
the “Aga Khan University Hospital”
Construction project has broadened my

Responsible for monitoring and assessing hazardous and unsafe situations.
Developing measures to assure personnel safety.
Correct unsafe acts or conditions through the regular line of authority.
Carry out PTW (Permit to Work) monitoring and review. Ensure implementation of Aga Khan University Hospital SKILLS

Social and Environmental Management Plan.
Conduct PCRA (Pre Construction risk assessment) and provide HSE statistical information to the client. Conducts toolbox on daily basis before the start of work, execute safety trainings, conduct emergency response drill training, implement the AKU fire safety protocols, develop, gather, manage HSE data and report incidents to client.
In light of recent pandemic another responsibility include implementation of COVID-19 SOPs at site.
Make sure that all tools and equipment are adequate and safe for use, Inspects the site to ensure it is a hazard-free environment, enforces the site safety rules and stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or
unhealthy.
