I have eighteen years manufacturing experience, receiving numerous awards for safety, quality, and productivity. During my career I have served as a member of the corporate safety board and acted as a human resource liaison between production employees and management, voicing concerns, addressing issues, and implementing corrective actions. As a Director of Environmental Services my primary duties included the health and well being of our tenants as well as employee management. I am seeking the opportunity to utilize my expertise in an effort to help an organization, drive continuous improvement, and exceed goals while satisfying the ever-changing demand of the marketplace.
