- Ensure that the designed depth, diameter, re-bars and embeds of bored piles has done per IFC drawings.

- Ensure that Piers orientation, height, re-bars and embeds are compliant with reference IFC drawings.

- Surveillance and witness inspection for Precast Segmental Girder erection, Gluing and Post Tensioning.

- Ensure that the Post Tensioning were done as per Stressing Log Sequence, elongations are within acceptable range, and issue Site Observation Report for unacceptable stressing results, issue NCR if necessary.

- Monitoring/Inspection of setting-out of Precast facing panels for MSE Wall and Abutments construction.

- Inspection/Surveillance of Layer by Layer (150mm thick.) preparation prior for Field Density Test (FDT) (Cohesive materials and Non-Cohesive materials) as per standard/specification.
