WORK BACKGROUND
* Responsible for Saudi Aramco Medical Service Organization's Fire Alarm System Installation, Repair
& Maintainence as per NFPA 72 - Chapter 10.
* Every week, Fire Panel push buttons (Supervisory, Trouble, Acknowledge, Reset & Alarm) checked for normal operating condition.
* Voltage Ratings (24Vdc) measured across the Power Supply Card of Honeywell Fire panel every 2 weeks to avoid voltage drop during Fire Incidents.
* Fire Devices displaced during refurbishment were re-arranged to maintain 20 ft. distance between Fire Detector.
* Smoke Detectors with high dirty level were Observed from the Trouble History of the Fire Panel.
* As a reactive maintainence, Smoke Detectors were disconnected, cleaned & reconnected for proper polling of device with Fire Panel.
* Periodical Check for Notification Appliance Circuit (Sounders & Paging System) were done.
* On Monthly Testing, Smoke, Heat Detectors and Manual pull station were intiated & active address confirmed in BMS.
* Quarterly Inspection done to confirm Fire Detectors were away from Electrical Hazards & AHU Diffusers.
* Half-Yearly Fire Drill conducted to alarm all Sounders connected to the Fire Panel to confirm occupants notified during Fire Incident.
*During Annual Testing & Inspection, fire devices(Smoke, Heat Detectors, Flow Switch and Manual pull station) were intiated and all anxillary output (AHU, Pressure Fan, Exhaust Fan, Fire Dampers, Fire Doors & Elevators) activation were checked along with Notification Appliance Circuit .
* Inspected fire systems and Worked in all project stages from design to commissioning according to Saudi Aramco G.I. standards.
* Developed solutions and formulated the design by collecting data related to operation requirements and process.
* Estimated cost for engineering, labor, equipment and materials based on design & expenditure request.
* Upgraded Fire Alarm System in Saudi Aramco Medical Service Organization.

Fire Suppression System
