Key Responsibilities:

Shift planning for Quality Team (Around 50 peoples).

Failure Analysis of line rejection and implementing corrective action.

Customer Handling.

8D Report.

Conducting Daily Routine Management and follow up for major contribution of defects identification.

Develop & Lead a Team of Peoples.

Addressing special cause in line with CFT and resolving the problem with a corrective action

Finding the potential root cause using QC Tools.

Visual quality alert by 5W and 2H method.

Conducting Manufacturing feasibility for Parts along with CFT.

Patrol inspection in line for each stage on daily basics.

Monitoring the daily work and coordinating with the team.

OJT validation for new joiners and documentation training provided to them.

Monitoring the effectiveness for implemented CA.

Maintaining Process related document’s for management review.

Responsible for preparing control plan for product, process check points and update.

Knowledge of load cell assembly sequence process and related documents.

Providing Pre-Dispatch inspection Reports to the customer based on inspection standards are ensuring Only Quality Product Dispatch to the customer on Daily Basics.

Using Non confirmation Reports to tackle NG parts found during final inspection and audit verifying counter measure submitted by concerned section with respect to manufacturing and outflow of such components.

Ensuring FIFO system being implemented throughout the company till the Final Dispatch of the product.

IN PLANT TRAINING

Undergone in-plant training in Airport authority of India – Madurai.

Undergone seminar on projects in signal & Image processing, Communication, embedded, networks and VLSI in SNS College of engg.

Participates on Zonal round of robotryst-2014 Organized by IIT Delhi. ACHIVEMENTS:

QCFI –Kaizen competition presented on the topic of’ Elimination of Impedance Failure in 60001 Model ‘at Vishay Precision Transducers India Pvt Ltd, Chennai and won the Gold Award.

QCC presented on the topic of’ Elimination of Total Error Failure in 3435 Model ‘at Vishay Precision Transducers India Pvt Ltd, Chennai and won the Gold Award.

Employee of the Month awarded for best performance in Quality Department.

Best inspector awarded for best performance in Quality Department.
