Responsible of the following departments and missions:

-Raw Quality Material: fabric quality inspection ; following all physical requested tests (in internal and external laboratory) ; shades control & shrinkage splitting;

-Dry Process : laser department, dry process department; resin and pp spry department

-Washing Laundry

-Dying Department

-Industrialization department : executing all size sets and first bulk test machines ; optimizing washing process; reducing costs of chemicals/water consumption( implementing sustainable process)

-Wash development department : following new trends ;proposing new collections; sourcing new fabrics; executing first protos and sms; communications with customers; travelling for presentations and important meetings; price negotiations

-Planning department: managing the production flow in all involved departments ; dealing with general planning to establish the T&A according to customer request

-Following quality and commercial reports to implement action plans for continuous improvements

-HSE department: assuring security of people and environment ; applying certificate lows

The main mission is to make good quality denims following new trends with the lowest process cost possible in the requested timing respecting people and environment safety

Dealing with a package of 10 customers mainly: Guess ; Polo Ralph ; HugoBoss ; Replay ; BRAX ; Wrangler ; CK ;

Proposing new collections; sourcing new materials, new chemicals and wash techniques

Establishing T&A with all relevant departments

Price negotiations

Development of new collections; following new wash trends

All communications with customers regarding wash techniques details; shipment planning (of protos and sms)
