ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Man power handling.

• Line inspection with First Middle and Last Approval.

• Handled In-Process Quality Inspection for Auto frame to TVS motors.

• Documentation work for IATF 16949:2016 Audit and customer review.

• Customer complaint handling through QC tools and to find Root cause analysis.

• Auditing the process parameters as per control plan responsible for continuous improvement through Kaizen, Poke yoke.

• Take corrective action on product & process to reduce rejection and rework.

• Maintain process check sheet and PDCA Audit sheet in daily basis.

• Responsible person for Quality assurance and Quality control in final fabricated product.

• SOP and VCS preparation for operation process control.

• Tracking the customer complaints and improving an idea to get zero complaints.

• Correct and control the PDI complaints.

• PPAP documents as per Customer Specific Requirements like Process FMEA,

Control Plan, and SPC documents are prepared with core team.

• Co-ordinate with production dept. at shop floor and taking corrective action on non-conformance.

ACHIEVEMENTS

• Our team is achieved Appeal Quality Index rating in “Gold to Platinum” Quality month (November-2021) in first time.

• MRT is decreased and direct pass percentage is increased in past 6 months.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Sheet metal Design knowledge using CATIA Software.

• Knowledge in Tolerancing Stack up analysis, TPM concept, and CAPA.
