Take the necessary spare (As per faults) from store.

Repair it under the supervision of foreman.

3 Months Training From SPECIALISED MINING EQUIPMENTS, MINES -1, NLC

INDIA LIMITED In Reconditioning.

To inspect the gear box of Bucket wheel excavator, Spreader in Mines -1.

Move the gear box to the Reconditioning yard.

Dismantling the complete gear box and identify its faults.

Take the Spare (As per faults) from store.

Arrange the gear box with lubrication under the supervision of ADGM.

6 Month Training From Thermal Power Station-1 Expansion (2x210MW) Neyveli, NLC

INDIA LIMITED In Boiler Operation Services Division.

To carry out the preventive maintenance of Water Lancer, RAPH soot Blower, Coil Soot

Blowers, Oil Burner.

To monitor the operation of All types of Valves, Pumps,Water Lancer, RAPH Soot

Blower, Coil Soot Blower, Oil Burner.

To monitor the steam lines to detect any leakage.

To monitor the Vibration, Temperature and Noise level measurement of Furnace, Mill,

ID Fan and FD Fan.

Quality and quantity checking and unloading of Heavy furnace oil and Light diesel oil.
