I am a lady who is very approachable and friendly. Skilled fitter with some experience in plant maintenance and operations to assist engineering team in running the plant and performing routing maintenance and modifications to the planteffectiveness and efficiency of the organization. Work Experience

Machine Operator - RCL Foods (Nov 2017 – Current)

• Attending to breakdowns

• Hydraulic and mechanical fault finding on equipment

• Maintain, conveyor, Palletiser, wrapping sheet, forklift

• Do planned and unplanned maintenance on machines

• Do repairs on Mobile and Stationary machines

• Commission machine after service provider repair work done

• Detect mechanical faults on equipment

• Repairs and maintains diesel and electrical powered equipment

• Follows work assignments received in the form of verbal or written work instructions

• Determines the extent of the needed repair

• Performs checks on a regular basis and detects possible faults and flaws on affected equipment

Inspects & verifies dimensions and clearances of parts if parts to ensure conformance to factory specifications

Inspects, repairs & maintain automotive and mechanical equipment and machinery, such as pumps and compressors

. Disassembles and overhauls break valves, piston and contactors

Reconditions and replaces part, pistons, bearings, gears and valves

Adjust brakes, tighten bolts and screws, and reassemble equipment’s

Change oil, check batteries, lubricants equipment and machinery

Examine and adjust protective guards, loose bolts and specified safety devices

Qualification/Education:

Trade qualification (NQF level 3) in mechanical or electrical or an equivalent technical qualification

Valid driver’s license
