*Monitor, track, and keep detailed records of any RFI, and have it resolved in a timely fashion, with any updates given to all involved.

*Design pipe supports, hangers, guides, anchors and coordinate their locations, spacing, and quantities

*Provide numbered piece mark (balloon) isometric drawings to match detail pipe spool drawings and their corresponding numbers, to avoid any possible confusion.

* Ability to see possible future problems or conflicts before they happen

*Research manufacturer cuts on all equipment, for recommended clearances, for future maintenance procedures

*Ability to design solid equipment as placement in drawing, if manufacturer does not provide 3d model of said equipment.

*Ability to design custom fittings ex,3 or 5 piece mitered elbows, 30 degree laterals, 45 degree laterals, with or without saddles as per piping code B31.1, B31.9 or AWWA .and custom cut elbows.

*Ability to provide Auto Cad MEP 3d solid piping drawings at proper heights above top of slab, and clash detection with Navisworks, and proficient in Mech Q piping program,
