It is one of the largest manufacturers of transmission gears and shafts in India. The company manufactures a comprehensive range of auto components and accessories that primarily include transmission gears, transmission shafts, alternator components, starter motor components, magneto components and steering components which are being produced through cold, warm and hot forging employing near net shape technology.

Designation : Assistant engineer from july 2019 to till date. ( 2 Yrs 6 months )

Responsibilities:

Complaint in handling NPD parts & Inspection.

Knowledge in reading engineering drawing & Bill of materials (BOM ) .

Well Knowledge in handling fine measurement equipment’s like CMM, Profile projector, Roughness tester, Surface roughness tester, Roundness tester & Contour tracer.

Competent in planning measurements with first principle and gauges (Vernier caliper, Micro meter, Attribute/Variable gauges, control rods, etc.)

Working in SAP module.

Having good knowledge in Supplier development, product and process development.

Having very good knowledge in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC,and IATF 16949 .

Having excellent knowledge in gear manufacture (Spur, Helical, Rack pinion & Worm Gear).

Having excellent knowledge in measuring instruments and gauges.

Qualified internal calibration in charge.

Having good knowledge in Machining process, Grinding process, Hot-forging, Cold-forging, Warm forging, Powder metallurgy

Having good exposure on Failure analysis, 8D,7QC TOOLS, and CAPA study.

Implementing, practicing and follow up the policy of 5’s to ensure standard 5’s workshop.
