It is one of the largest manufacturers of transmission gears and shafts in India. The company manufactures a comprehensive range of auto components and accessories that primarily include transmission gears, transmission shafts, alternator components, starter motor components, magneto components and steering components which are being produced through cold, warm and hot forging employing near net shape technology.

Responsibilities:

Complaint in handling NPD parts & Inspection.

Knowledge in reading engineering drawing & Bill of materials (BOM ) .

Well Knowledge in handling fine measurement equipment’s like CMM, Profile projector, Roughness tester, Surface roughness tester, Roundness tester & Contour tracer.

Competent in planning measurements with first principle and gauges (Vernier caliper, Micro meter, Attribute/Variable gauges, control rods, etc.)

Working in SAP module.

Having good knowledge in Supplier development, product and process development.

Having very good knowledge in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC,and IATF 16949 .

Having excellent knowledge in gear manufacture (Spur, Helical, Rack pinion & Worm Gear).
