• An Algorithmic Approach in Identifying the Lipase Producing Yeast Cell Using, Genomic Data: Jul 2021-Present
Lipase has high activity and selectivity and is the most widely used biocatalyst in industrial production. In this project, A computational tool will be developed to identify lipase producing yeast cells using Artificial Neural Network.
• A Study on IMC-based PID for Steam Distillation Process: Apr2021-May 2021 IMC based PID for steam distillation essential oil extraction process had been implemented. IMC results compared different tuning rules, Z-N and AMIGO. IMC tuning rule gives better performance than Z-N and AMIGO.
• Production of Bioethanol from Natural Resources: Jul 2019-May 2020 In this project, Ethanol produced from dextrose and other natural resources using Baker’s yeast. Hydro Distillation is the was used to separate ethanol from fermented solution. UV-Spectro photometer used to determine the concentration of Ethanol. The Optimum value of the yeast concentration was calculated.
• Preparation of Handmade Paper from Banana fibres and Sugarcane Bagasse: Jan 2019-May 2019 we studied the properties of raw material by varying the concentration of additives. The results of Banana fibres and Sugarcane Bagasse were compared. Good strength paper produced from Banana fibres.
• MATLAB Simulation for” Analysis of Unsteady State Heat conduction in slab using Method of Lines”: Aug 2018-Dec 2018
Method of lines Numerical Method used to Estimate temperature distribution through the slab. Temperature distribution of the slab estimate through Finite difference method. We have compared the results of finite difference method and method of lines. Areas of Interest
