I am a goal-oriented person with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering and about 13 years of experience in oil field services. In my chosen career, I have worked as an operation support, operation Technician, production supervisor, all in an onshore facility.
I have good knowledge of oil production as well as Surface well testing operations.

Post: Senior Operations Engineer. (July 2nd 2020 till date).
Responsibilities:
Monitor and report daily production activity to the Operations Manager.
Conductor regular location visit to identify showstoppers and assist to raise work orders to correct such abnormalities to avoid production loss.
Provide guidance and support to the Operations staff in solving operating problems and optimizing/monitoring conditions through data acquisition, analysis, and applications to assure reliability and to achieve high efficiency.
Develop operating procedures for existing plants and new modifications to ensure start up and integrate with those of other affected sections.
Participate in resolving noncompliance to all relevant process safety elements and integrity compliance KPI and report any deviation from the environment requirement.
Participate and provide high quality input in various studies like Hazop, Risk assessment, Rt cause analysis, etc
Develop integrity operating window for critical equipment and system in coordination with other departments to ensure the plant is operating at optimum efficiency and safety.
Assist the Operations Manager in all issue and work with supporting departments in identifying solution and successful implementation across all four shift.

Post: Production Operations Supervisor Kokori FS&CS (April 2018- July 2nd 2020).
Responsibilities:
Lead operational activities in the facility and liaise with the maintenance team.
Review the daily logs and highlight activities to be reported to the Production operations superintendent.
Ensure daily gas and crude oil flow rates.
Ensure implementation and execution of company HSE.
Identify, report and if possible, correct unsafe conditions
Monitor operational parameters in the field and routine logging of the same in their respective log-sheets.
Shutdown and start up the respective systems whenever they are required.
Interact with HPMC as regards operational parameters of the station during regular operations, start-ups and shutdowns.
Top up oil and cooling systems and monitor on-line chemical injection systems where applicable.
Supply all the necessary information to the next team during shift change to maintain or improve the plant performance.
Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly checks and maintenances as per schedule and complete required documentation.
Inform immediately to the Production superintendent, Maintenance Coordinator, Maintenance Planner, and/or Maintenance team about any abnormality on the rotatory and static equipment.
Ensure both rotating and static equipment are adequately conditioned prior to maintenance task to prevent accident or spills.

Ensure efficient operation of plant to meet or exceed production targets.
Ensure that equipment and facilities are in desired set points and good working conditions.
Carry out daily field surveillance of producing and intermittent wells.
Ensure FLMs are conducted daily in the facilities and wellheads and close out identified gaps.
Participate actively in integrated work reviews with Team Members and Superintendents.
Optimize the use of chemicals/lube oil and maintain daily inventory and minimum stock balance.
