Trouble shooting of various functioning of A/C equipment s like package units, chillers, air handing units, variable & constant air terminal units. Electric duct heaters, fan coil units.

Analyzing maintenance issues to ensure optimum performance and productivity and documenting the same as per ISO norms.

Carrying out testing & commissioning of HVAC machines, water of air balancing of the system with a team of technicians withnessing the consultants respresentative.

Responsibilities @ ABUDHABI, United Arab emirates.

Installation of chilled water systems, condenser water pumps. Booster pumps, AHU, FCUs, Chemical dosing systems, side stream filtration systems, air separators, exhaust Air fans, expansion tanks chilled water piping (M.S. pipe) condenser water piping (GRP piping) valves. HVAC Ducting grilles, diffusers flushing of complete chilled water & condenser water system

Prepare heat load using of ASHRAE standards. Equipment sizing and selection.

Preparing detailed preventive maintenance reports for HVAC equipments like package units, chillers, air handing units, variable& constant air terminal units, electric duct heaters, fancoil units of PPM contracts

Split units, window, package A/c Chiller A/C installation, commissioning, maintenance trouble shooting, and ductable split units.

Chillers, repairing and maintenance all packages split unit. Condenser replacement, Split package chillers, electrical and mechanical trouble shooting FCU, AHU, & FAHU servicing, trouble shooting and maintenance chill water, circulation pump motor replace & bearing replace, compressor replacement installing of split units attending of complaints about various unit.

External static pressure calculations for AHUs fresh & exhaust air fans pump head calculations for chilled water primary, secondary & distribution system condenser.
