● Designed radio frequency connectors, calibration kits, hermetic products, and cable assemblies. o Worked closely with various departments (machining, assembly, plating, etc.) to ensure manufacturability of designed products.

o Resolved electrical, mechanical, and manufacturability issues on existing products.

● Designed fixtures and tools for machining, assembly, hermetic sealing, plating, and inspection.

● Developed process improvements to increase productivity for multiple departments. o Designed and assembled a robot (“contact bender”) for the Machine Shop, capable of bending parts of various sizes and lengths to a custom angle within 0.5 . o Designed the “Network analyzer slide table” for Quality Assurance, capable of testing connectors of diverse sizes and shapes with high precision.
