Shift Management and job distribution of entire manpower by utilizingal available.

Upkeep of Injection molding department & machinery area.

Material requisition,Batch control,monthly audit, maintains stock.

Implementation & verification of 5’s KAIZEN

Accurate and timely production figure reporting .

Preparing daily production plan product wise as well as m/c wise.

Preparing daily production O.E.E sheet.

Daily rejection analyses and taking corrective action.

Handling customer complaints and give the counter measure.

Control process rejection and improvement of product quality.

Manpower Planning & controlling.

Responsible for tool history card maintain and tool correction.
